I’m on a journey to lose 80 pounds.
I’ve always been an overeater, and I’ve never been much for exercise. I’m changing that now because I want to be healthy. Having tried a couple of years ago – with a very restrictive diet – I think I may have it figured out this time.
It’s my hope that this blog can help encourage others, as well as give others an opportunity to encourage me. Along the way, I’ll also be reviewing apps and other technology that I’ll be using to help me lose this weight.
